use in violation of instructions furnished by us or repair by
an unauthorized third party.
This warranty will be void if the products serial number or other

PDP Systems warrants to the original purchaser that the product

improper installation or testing, unauthorized modification,
use in violation of instructions furnished by us or repair by
an unauthorized third party.
This warranty will be void if the products serial number or other
identification marks have been defaced, damaged or removed.

1 - Delta Omega memory either have the PCB board enscribed or have been stickered with the
greek symbols 'ΔΩ' Delta Omega memory are generally refered to as 'Major' brands.
2 - OEM Memory refers to 'Original Equipment Manufacturers' products or those that are built
by the semiconductor companies themselves. These are generally refered to as 'generic' brands.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Prior to shipping products back to PDP Systems Inc., a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from our RMA Department.
In order to process your RMA return promptly, the products must be returned
prepaid to our warehouse with the following:
- A copy of the original invoice.
- A complete RMA Request Form.
- All manuals, accessories and original packaging.
- RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the box.
An unauthorized return, i.e. one for which an RMA number has not been issued,
will be returned to you at your expense. To request an RMA, please
download the form from the link below and fax it to (510) 979-1338.
A list of the complete RMA policies is listed below for your reference. If you have any questions

- PDP offers a lifetime warranty on all memory modules which carries a 'Delta-Omega' symbol on the module.
- PDP offers a lifetime warranty on all major brand memory modules. Please contact your sales representative for a list of major brand modules.
- PDP offers a one-year warranty on all other products unless otherwise specified.
- PDP offers a 180-day warranty on all CPU's. All returns for CPU's must be received by the 181st day from the invoice date.
- PDP is unable to offer credit for CPU's.
- PDP is unable to warranty user-damaged products. Physically damaged products are considered unserviceable and will be returned.
- An RMA number must be issued before any transaction takes place.
- All requests for RMA numbers must include a copy of the invoice if the item does not have the 'Delta Omega' symbol.
- The RMA number must be visible on the outside of the package. If not, the package may be refused.
- Any requests for credit must be made within 5 working days of the invoice date or will be subject to at least a 15% restocking fee.
- Any items returned for credit MUST be returned with full packaging.
- RMA numbers are only good 30 days. RMA's for credit must be received within 7 working days from the RMA number being issued.
